LCFC Women forward Jutta Rantala has been shortlisted for the Barclays Women's Super League Player of the Season award.

The forward has excelled during her first season at King Power Stadium since making the move from Vittsjö GIK, scoring six goals and registering five assists for her team-mates in league competition.
A season to remember for the Finland international, Rantala has already scooped up the Players' Player of the Season and Fans' Player of the Season awards following City's End of Season celebrations evening.
The 24-year-old stands in quality company and faces competition from Elisabeth Terland of Brighton & Hove Albion, Arsenal's Lotte Wubben-Moy, Tottenham Hotspur's Grace Clinton, Lauren James and Niamh Charles of Chelsea and Manchester City duo Khadija Shaw and Khiara Keating.
