Inler Departs For Besiktas

- The 32-year-old made 10 appearances for the Foxes during the 2015/16 campaign 

- Inler joined from Italian side Napoli in the summer of 2015 

- He has 89 international caps for Switzerland 

Swiss international midfielder Gokhan Inler has signed a three-year deal with Turkish champions Besiktas. 

The 32-year-old joined the Foxes last summer from Italian side Napoli and helped the team clinch the 2015/16 Premier League title by a margin of 10 points. 

A vastly experienced campaigner at club and international level, Inler added plenty of depth to the City squad but consistent performances from those in the starting XI restricted him to just 10 appearances for the Foxes last term. 

The Swiss was a popular and hard working member of the squad and the Club would like to place on record its thanks for his contribution as well as wishing him the very best for the future.
