'Take The Fight To Them' – Lookman Speaks In CITY Matchday Magazine

Leicester City entertain Wojskowi on matchday five in the UEFA Europa League looking to leapfrog the 15-time Ekstraklasa winners in the Group C standings ahead of tackling Napoli away next month.
For Lookman, who joined the Club on loan from RB Leipzig in the summer, it will be another opportunity to sample a European atmosphere in Leicester – something which he's enjoyed already in City's colours.
"It’s incredible," Leicester's No.37 told CITY Matchday Magazine, which returns to the shelves on Thursday evening. "I think I’ve spoken about it in another interview, but that moment on European nights when the fox comes on the screen, it gives me goose bumps.
"The atmosphere in the stadium when the game is on, and how in-tune the fans are with what’s going on in the game, both make you feel ‘wow’. After the game, the amount of fans that are outside wanting to see us and take pictures, which has been tough because of COVID, is incredible.
"The supporters really care. This is a special club."
Lookman, though, has no doubts that Legia, now under the management of Marek Gołębiewski, will pose a serious challenge for the Foxes. The Polish outfit were 1-0 victors when the two sides faced off at Stadion Wojska Polskiego in September.
"Whenever you’re playing in Europe, you’re coming up against a good team," he added. "Unfortunately, we lost to them over there, but we will be looking to use that experience to win our game here. In that game over there, they were very intense, they fought a lot and they made it difficult for us.
"We couldn’t get a victory out of the game, but hopefully this game will enable us to force ourselves on them, take the fight to them and show our true qualities."
