- Annual event to take place across 28 and 29 September
- Managers and captains to wear badges and themed armband to increase visibility

Each season, teams across the Barclays Women's Super League and Barclays Women's Championship take part in the FA's Play Safe Weekend to shine a light on the vital nature of effective Safeguarding within the game.

The campaign harbours the continual objective of delivering safe sporting environments for all involved with football at all levels of the English football pyramid.

LCFC Women Manager Amandine Miquel and Janice Cayman will display their support and allyship for the campaign with pin badges and a themed captain armbands during our fixture against Arsenal on Sunday 29 September.

Play Safe is a year-round campaign that amplifies the importance of safeguarding across all levels of the game. Making sure football is safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone, everywhere, every time.

The campaign endeavours to bring safeguarding considerations to the forefront of minds within the game to ensure every supporter can enjoy their involvement at stadiums and pitches across the country.
