The young Foxes were 2-0 down inside 20 minutes after goals from Spurs pair Rodel Richards and J'Neil Bennent and, while Dempsey Arlott-John's penalty narrowed the arrears, it was 3-1 before the break when Richards struck again.
However, City's youngsters showed true fighting spirit in the second half as Ethan Fitzhugh, on the hour-mark, and Ed Elewa-Ikpakwu's spot-kick made it 3-3 in dramatic circumstances.
It got even better for Leicester's Under-18s at the Spurs training ground as, with 71 minutes on the clock, Fitzhugh pounced once again to complete a stunning reversal in fortunes and make it 4-3.
As a result, the young Foxes finish the 2018/19 campaign in seventh-place in the 12-team U18 Premier League South standings, with 29 points from 22 matches, winning nine and drawing on just two occasions.
