James Justin came off the bench for England Under-21s to help Aidy Boothroyd’s side to a 3-0 victory over Albania in UEFA U21 European Championships qualifying.
The 21-year-old came on in the 64th minute as goals from Phil Foden, Conor Gallagher and Reiss Nelson ensured the Young Lions stay top of Group 3, level on 12 points with Austria.
Finally, young Foxes defender Lukáš Hušek also enjoyed a successful evening, bagging a goal as the Czech Republic Under-20s beat the Netherlands away from home.
The young Foxes defender scored the second goal in a 4-1 win in Oldenzaal.
Tomorrow night, Youri Tielemans and Dennis Praet could feature for Belgium against Russia while Jonny Evans' Northern Ireland face the Netherlands (7:45pm kick-off). Teenage left-back Luke Thomas may also be in action for England Under-19s when they take on North Macedonia (12pm kick-off).
