Prior to her move to the UK, she was a key member of Cork City FC's men's first-team's double-winning coaching staff, winning the Premier Division and FAI Cup in Ireland.
She also worked for the Northern Ireland men's national team while she was also part of the backroom team with All-Ireland winning, Dublin men's senior footballers backroom team in 2018.
Her specialist area is tactical analysis of the opposition and devising game strategy.
A UEFA Pro Licence holder, Lisa has also completed the League Manager Association's Diploma in Football Management.
Lisa told LCFC.com ahead of the conference: “One of the challenges I’ve come across is transferring the information that is produced by analysts into actually making it onto the football pitch by helping players make decisions which will win the game. It’s about how we translate the information so that it means something on the pitch.
“Unless the information makes it onto the pitch, then what value does it have? We can gather a lot of data and information, but it has to actually mean something to the players or managers during a game.
“For me, that’s crucial, because at the elite level, the game is lost between the smallest of margins. If you can find those margins, and produce one that makes the difference, then that’s huge.”
