The former Fox - who broke through the Club's Academy, played in the Premier League and won two League Cups at Filbert Street - will star on the show from 2pm on social media and LCFC.com.
As a child, Leicester-born Heskey was a ball boy at Wembley Stadium as City lost out to Swindon Town in the 1993 First Division Play-Offs before going on to achieve excellent success at the Club.
After helping Leicester win promotion in 1996, he scored the equalising goal in the 1997 League Cup Final, to set up a replay, while also netting 33 Premier League goals over four seasons in the top flight.
Ahead of City's behind-closed-doors Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at King Power Stadium on Saturday (3pm kick-off), City On The Sofa returns with an hour of relaxed pre-match discussion.
Heskey will join presenter Dan Bates and former team-mates Steve Walsh and Gerry Taggart on LCFC TV, which will stay on air throughout the Eagles clash on LCFC.com, before returning to social media at full-time.
Meanwhile, the Foxes faithful can also tune into live and free LCFC Radio coverage of the encounter, with Matt Elliott on commentary alongside Chris Parrott, available on the Match Centre from 2:50pm.
