The Foxes followed an excellent 2-1 EFL Trophy victory at Hull City with a 2-0 success over Manchester United's Under-23s last Monday, courtesy of goals from Ali Reghba and Mitch Clark.
Monday's visit to Merseyrail Community Stadium in Southport will see City's youngsters tackle a Toffees side which has lifted the Premier League 2 title twice over the past four seasons.
Following Extra-Time on LCFC Radio - an hour-long broadcast reflecting on the first team's upcoming clash with Burnley - U23s Live will begin at 6:45pm on Monday evening.
Presenter and commentator Nick Walsh will be accompanied by former Foxes defender Sean St Ledger for a 15-minute preview show, before also talking you through all the action.
