- Leicester City travel to face Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday (7:15pm kick-off)
- The Emirates Stadium will host the behind closed doors fixture as fourth-placed City meet fifth-placed Arsenal
- Turkey winger Cengiz Ünder spoke to LCFC TV ahead of the game
- He says he is ready to make his first Premier League start if called upon by Brendan Rodgers
The Turkey international made his City bow in the home defeat by West Ham United, featuring as a 55th minute substitute, before being named in the matchday squad for the following league fixture against Aston Villa.
Speaking in the lead-up to the encounter with Arsenal, Ünder spoke of his hunger and desire to help the Foxes get back to winning ways when they visit Emirates Stadium on Sunday (7:15pm kick-off).
"I feel fit and ready to start a game," he told LCFC TV earlier this week.
"I’m the kind of player who actually gets better with each game that I play and become better after each game, I would say.
"If the manager gives me the chance to come into the team, I'll do my best and I’m always ready to do that.
"I’m ready to contribute whenever the opportunity comes my way."
Ünder already knew one of his new team-mates before joining the Club - fellow countryman Çağlar Söyüncü - who has helped the winger to quickly settle into life at Leicester City.
The 23-year-old added: "To be honest I was expecting it to take longer, the adaptation period.
"Before I arrived, Çağlar Söyüncü told me what a great bunch of lads we will be playing alongside here and what great friendship there is within the team, so I'm impressed with that.
"I was excited to get started and I’ve seen that for myself already, which has made the first few weeks easy for me.
"Everyone has been so friendly, so it's taken a lot less for me to actually get used to everything and I am very happy to be here."
