The Foxes have returned from Portugal after a last-gasp 3-3 draw with SC Braga - courtesy of goals from Harvey Barnes, Luke Thomas and Jamie Vardy - sealed qualification into the UEFA Europa League's Round of 32.
Full focus is now on maintaining an encouraging start to the 2020/21 Premier League campaign in Monday's fixture against Scott Parker's Londoners (5:30pm kick-off).
Speaking ahead of that encounter, specifically concerning City's injury situation, Rodgers provided an update on Ricardo Pereira (ACL), Wilfred Ndidi (adductor) and Çağlar Söyüncü (adductor).
"It will be the same squad," the Northern Irishman confirmed. "Some of the other boys are training. We’ve got the likes of Ricardo, Wilf and Çağlar… we’re hopeful of getting them some game time in Luhansk when we go there for our next European venture (next Thursday night).
"That’s great news for us, coming into a busy period, but otherwise we’re pretty much the same squad."
After tackling Fulham on Monday, Leicester will contest eight competitive fixtures across the month of December, but Rodgers has been impressed by how his side have handled a congested schedule so far.
"To be honest, it’s been no different in terms of lots of games in that period," he continued. "In that month, you’re up to eight or nine games I think.
"The games being close together is obviously going to always be a tough ask, but the players have been outstanding in their work.
"They’ve known that this is what we’d said at the beginning of the season. You have to be ready every day, recover well, and adapt to each game, with European football."
Rodgers praised his Foxes squad for the adaptability on show as they continue to combine domestic and European responsibilities admirably, securing positive results on both fronts.
"We’re really enjoying the European experience and then knowing you have to come back and be on it, physically, in the league games," he explained.
"The players up until this point have shown they are coping with that and adapting to it really well, but you’ve got retain that humility.
"You can never think that because it’s gone well in Europe and you’re qualified then in your next game you can be anything less than 100 per cent.
"The players know that and we’ll be ready for Fulham."
