The 19-year-old netted four times in all competitions across the month of November as the Foxes surged to the top of the league standings for the first time in their history.
Bailey-Gayle's scoring run began with an effort in a defeat at London City Lionesses, before also finding the net in a 5-2 FA Women's Continental Tyres League success over Blackburn Rovers on 4 November.
A solitary effort against Lewes, meanwhile, registered a 1-0 win over Lewes on 8 November, before Bailey-Gayle was also among the scorers in a stunning 9-1 triumph at Coventry United seven days later.
Although not in November, the former Arsenal striker also notched for the Foxes in a 3-0 victory over London Bees on Sunday, sending LCFC Women to the FA Women's Championship summit.
Bailey-Gayle is nominated alongside Durham forward Nicki Gears, on-loan Blackburn Rovers striker Elise Hughes and goalkeeper Alex Brooks, also at in-form Rovers.
