The Foxes reached the last-eight stage of the competition for the first time after defeating Blackburn Rovers 5-2 at Farley Way and also beating Birmingham City away on penalties, to win Group E.
Palace, on the other hand, enjoyed victories over Lewes and London Bees, but finished as runners-up in Group F, behind Bristol City, who overcame them in the capital in November.
Quarter-final ties will be played midweek over 13/14 January, 2021. A confirmed date and kick-off time will be announced in due course.
