The Foxes have triumphed in their previous two Premier League fixtures and, although the Seagulls lost to Manchester City last time out, they have started the season impressively and occupy fifth place in the top-flight standings.
Albion, managed by Graham Potter, have defeated two Welsh opponents to reach this stage of the competition, overcoming Cardiff City 2-0 in round two before triumphing against Swansea City by the same scoreline.
Leicester, meanwhile, also beat Sky Bet Championship opposition by a two-goal margin in the third round, with goals from Ademola Lookman and Kelechi Iheanacho guiding Brendan Rodgers' men to success over Millwall at The Den last month.

What happened last time against Brighton?
The Premier League pair last met in a cup competition at King Power Stadium in February 2021, when a last-gasp goal from Kelechi Iheanacho was enough to see the Foxes through to the quarter-finals of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Filbert Way contest looked to be heading for an additional 30 minutes of extra-time when quick thinking from Youri Tielemans picked out the unmarked Iheanacho in the six-yard box and the Nigerian forward guided his header past Christian Walton deep into time added on.
That win would, of course, set Brendan Rodgers’ side on their way to winning the prestigious competition for the first time in the Club’s history.
When can I catch match highlights?
Extended highlights and a goals video will both be available to view on LCFC TV from 1am on Thursday. Digital Members can watch for free on the Club's official website (free sign-up).
Leicester City's official social media channels will house short clips and highlights of the evening’s action after 1am on Thursday.
All times BST unless stated otherwise.
