Danish outfit Randers FC visit Filbert Way on Thursday evening in the UEFA Europa Conference League Knockout Round Play-Off first leg. It will be the Club's debut in the competition, in its inaugural season, after finishing third in their group in the Europa League before Christmas.
Ahead of that clash, Söyüncü, who sat down with CITY Matchday Magazine in the week, has outlined how Leicester's players are committed to delivering the sort of performance – and results – which the Blue Army deserve.
"This season has been difficult," the Turkey centre-back said. "We are not at the point we would like to be, but we have the strength to get there. We all want to perform to our best and take some positive steps forward between now and the end of the season. That is very important for us.
"We have set a high standard over the last couple of seasons. All of the players and staff who work in this Club, including myself, are trying very hard to get back to our best. We have young players coming through from the Academy, which is great, and everybody is putting their efforts into being successful.
"I have 100 per cent belief that we will get better."
European nights in Leicester have provided some special memories for the Foxes faithful over recent seasons and Söyüncü is hopeful that Thursday's clash will be no difference.
"Every game is important for us," he added. "Whether it’s in the league, cup or Europe, our aim is always to win to make the fans proud. The atmosphere they create for games, including the European games, is fantastic, so we are looking forward to the occasion and hope to progress to the next round."
