Brendan Rodgers’ side will face their Dutch opponents next month, with the first leg to be played at Leicester City Stadium on Thursday 7 April and the second leg at PSV Stadion on Thursday 14 April.
The Foxes have progressed to the last eight of the competition following two-legged victories over Randers and Rennes in the knockout round play-offs and round of 16 stage respectively.
After competing in the UEFA Champions League play-offs, PSV qualified from their UEFA Europa League group - involving Monaco, Real Sociedad and Sturm Graz - in third place. They then overcame Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Europa Conference League's knockout round play-offs, before then beating Copenhagen 8-4 on aggregate in the last-16.
The draw for the semi-final of the UEFA Europa Conference League was also conducted, with the winners of City's last-eight tie against PSV to play Bodø/Glimt or Roma over two legs.
