What happened last time?
The Foxes have twice come out on top against Watford at King Power Stadium this term, triumphing 4-2 in the Premier League in late November courtesy of Jamie Vardy’s brace, alongside goals from James Maddison and Ademola Lookman. Josh King and Emmanuel Dennis hit the net for the visitors, meanwhile.
Leicester’s title-winning manager Claudio Ranieri returned to Filbert Way with Watford for a second time in January 2022 to contest the Emirates FA Cup Third Round. The outcome was the same, however, with City once again putting four past the Hornets.
Youri Tielemans kicked off the scoring from the penalty spot and Maddison found a second before João Pedro reduced the arrears shortly after. Harvey Barnes re-established a two-goal cushion ahead of Marc Albrighton adding the fourth.
