The 24-year-old full-back began on the left side of the England defence at Puskás Aréna in Budapest. Charging up and down the flank in the first period, while also receiving treatment before the interval, Justin was replaced by Bukayo Saka at half-time. He becomes the 23rd LCFC player to represent England.
The Three Lions went on to lose their League A Group 3 opener by a 1-0 scoreline, with Dominik Szoboszlai's penalty for the home side midway through the second period separating the teams.
In Istanbul, Çağlar Söyüncü was named in the starting XI and also played the first 45 minutes for Turkey as they eased to a 4-0 victory at home to the Faroe Islands.

In CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualification, Senegal also ensured they got off to a positive start in Group L with a 3-1 home win over Benin in Diamniadio, where Papy Mendy was named in head coach Aliou Cissé's starting line-up and played 76 minutes.
Sadio Mané was the goalscoring hero for the Lions of Teranga, current holders of AFCON, continuing his strong recent international form with a hat-trick as the country also ended the day at the summit of their group.
