The Foxes beat Stockport County on penalties in round two on Tuesday evening, with Daniel Iversen saving three spot-kicks at Edgeley Park.
Newport reached this stage of the competition after overcoming Portsmouth 3-2 in the second round on Tuesday evening. Twice coming from behind, James Rowberry's side progressed thanks to strikes from Will Evans, Aaron Wildig and James Tyler Waite.
