The Foxes' youngsters returned to league football at the weekend after a 3-2 win against Blackburn Rovers in a Premier League Cup group stage match earlier this month.
They travelled to the capital to face a West Ham side who are currently top of the league with a 100 per cent record, which they would continue to uphold following a 2-0 win against City.
Arriving to West Ham's training ground having made four changes, it would take the home side until the second half to take the lead against the Foxes.
George Earthy broke the deadlock in the 55th minute, before the scoreline was settled in injury time at the end of the match when Favour Fawunmi added a second.
Currently 11th in the standings, up next for City's youngsters is an away fixture against West Bromwich Albion when they meet in U18 Premier League South action on Saturday (11am GMT kick-off).
