- Daka has called on his team-mates to show togetherness for the challenges to come
The Zambia international netted in City's 3-1 defeat by Chelsea at King Power Stadium on Saturday. Leicester's fifth consecutive loss also included goals from Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovačić.
"It’s a disappointing result, but I think there are also a lot of positives to take from today’s game," Daka told LCFC TV. "We had a great start. We worked well as a team, we fought hard, and at the end of the day, we just need a bit of luck.
"We created a lot of chances. We have to look forward to what’s coming ahead of us."
Daka's fourth goal of the season was a rare highlight of the clash. The Foxes are now 16th in the table, one point above the bottom three. Leicester's No.20 has called on his team-mates to prepare for the battles to come.
"Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to help the team, which is a disappointment," Daka said of his goal. "There’s no future in the past so we have to look forward to the next game. We knew it was not going to be easy.
"We need to support and fight for each other, and I think we showed that. It’s unlucky that the result is not enough. It’s something we need to work on. We need to stay concentrated each and every moment. It’s a frustration at the end of the day. We have to keep our heads high."
