Manager Dean Smith is hopeful that Leicester City will have James Maddison, Harvey Barnes and Jamie Vardy available for Tuesday's visit to Leeds United.

- Manager Dean Smith provides an update on Leicester City's squad
- Harvey Barnes and James Maddison could return for the Foxes this week
- Jamie Vardy is also okay after being substituted on Saturday
- The Foxes take on Leeds United at Elland Road on Tuesday (8pm BST kick-off)
- Captain Jonny Evans is still yet to return to full training

The Foxes can climb further away from the Premier League's relegation zone with a victory at Elland Road, following Saturday's 2-1 success over Wolverhampton Wanderers at King Power Stadium.

Maddison (illness) and Barnes (hamstring) missed that clash, while Vardy (ankle) was withdrawn at half-time, but is expected to be available on Tuesday. Club captain Jonny Evans (viral infection), however, remains out of contention. Speaking to the media in Seagrave on Monday, Smith confirmed the status of his squad ahead of tackling Javi Gracia's Leeds.

"Harvey joined training yesterday," Smith said. "He’ll train again today and, if he has no after-effects, he’ll be available.

"Jonny is feeling better. He’s not trained today, so tomorrow will come too quickly for him. Madders came in and did a gym session yesterday. He’ll train today as well so I’d expect him to be available. Jamie's ankle's fine. He’ll be training this morning so he’s another one available for selection, which is really good for us."
