After an opening-day victory over Derby County in PL2, Leicester suffered two defeats on the road to Arsenal and Blackburn Rovers, losing 4-1 both times, before heading back home to welcome Norwich to LCFC Training Ground.
The Foxes got themselves off to a flying start, leading 2-0 at the break thanks to first-half goals from Silko Thomas and Tawanda Maswanhise, who scored his first goal for the Under-21s since netting in a 2-0 victory over Everton on the final day of the 2022/23 season.
The away side had an opportunity to halve the deficit before the break when Finley Welch was brought down in the area by Tom Wilson-Brown. The forward stepped up to take the resulting penalty, but saw it expertly saved by Brad Young to keep Leicester's lead intact at half-time.
However, the second half saw the visitors mount a late resurgence as forward Kenneth Aboh drew the Norfolk side level with a brace inside 10 minutes. With the momentum fully in favour of Norwich, they took the lead moments later when Emmanuel Adegboyega snatched victory in Saturday's early kick-off.
The loss leaves Leicester with three points from their opening four games of the season, and they will look to get back to winning ways when they welcome Burnley to Seagrave on Friday 15 September for a 7pm BST kick-off in the Premier League Cup.
