- LCFC Women beat Everton 1-0 on Sunday at King Power Stadium
- Lena Petermann scored the only goal in the Barclays Women's Super League fixture
- The Foxes face Liverpool in the Continental Tyres League Cup on Wednesday night
- There are no new injury concerns, says Willie Kirk
Last week saw Leicester pick up their second win of the Barclays Women's Super League season as the only goal of the game from Lena Petermann guided City to victory over Everton at King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
With six points tallied up in the league, the Foxes' attention now turns to the League Cup on Wednesday, when Kirk's side welcome the Reds to Pirelli Stadium for a 7pm BST kick-off - tickets for which are available HERE.
Ahead of the match, the former Everton manager shared a fitness update on his squad: "There's no fresh injuries that we know of," he told the media in his press conference at Belvoir Drive. "We've been on the pitch a little bit but it's just about recovery at the moment, and no one is suffering enough to be a doubt for Liverpool.
"As I said after the Everton game, any changes to the side will be in order to exploit Liverpool's weaknesses. We go into every game wanting to win and I'm sure we'll have a strong squad capable of doing that."
One player that will remain sidelined and therefore unavailable for selection is Australian forward Remy Siemsen, who joined the Club in January and is currently recovering from an injury that may keep her out for another six weeks.
