Lewis Brunt featured in three league victories for Mansfield Town, following on from scoring against Harrogate Town last month. Playing the opening half of a 2-1 success over Walsall, Salford City were then seen off by the same scoreline.
The defender featured across the 90 minutes, as he did in the 2-0 win at home to Newport County ahead of the international break. The Stags are flying high near the top of Sky Bet League 2, currently second, remaining unbeaten this term and sitting six points behind leaders Stockport County with a game in hand.
