Zambia's Africa Cup of Nations journey came to an end on Wednesday following a 1-0 reverse at the hands of Morocco.

- Leicester City striker Patson Daka was in action for Zambia on Wednesday
- The Copper Bullets exit the Africa Cup of Nations at the group stage
- A 1-0 defeat to group winners Morocco sealed their fate in the competition

With DR Congo drawing 0-0 with Tanzania, the Copper Bullets required at least a point to progress from Group F as runners-up, but fell to defeat courtesy of former Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech's 37th-minute strike in San-Pedro.

Foxes forward Patson Daka played the full 90 minutes once more at Stade Laurent Pokou, with Avram Grant's side ending the group stage in third, on two points from their three matches.

Elsewhere in the tournament, Kelechi Iheanacho could feature for the first time when Nigeria face Cameroon in the last-16 on Saturday (8pm GMT kick-off).
