Midfielder Dewsbury-Hall has enjoyed an outstanding campaign for City, netting 11 goals and registering 13 assists so far in the second tier.
Most recently, the Academy graduate found the net in Monday’s 3-1 success over Norwich City.
His performances over the whole campaign have now seen him nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Season award.
The 2024 EFL Awards will take place in London on Sunday 14 April, with the winners announced on the night.
