Losing out 3-1 to Manchester City in Seagrave a week ago, the young Foxes were back in PL2 action on home soil, playing their penultimate league fixture of the 2023/24 campaign against the Potters.
Two changes were made to the XI from that defeat, with Mirsad Ali and Oliver Ewing coming in for Jahmari Lindsay and Henry Cartwright.
It was Ewing who made the difference early on in the contest, scoring a fourth-minute opener assisted by Will Alves, before the pair combined again to great effect just three minutes later to add a second, doubling the hosts' advantage.
In a commanding position at the break following Ewing's brace, the Foxes youngsters continued their impressive display after the interval. And with just over 10 minutes to play, Logan Briggs netted the third to put the game beyond doubt, Sammy Braybrooke providing the assist this time.
Now up to 21st in the standings, with 17 points from 19 matches, Leicester head to West Ham United for the final game of this season at Rush Green Training Ground on Friday 26 April (7pm BST kick-off).
