Three games into this season and there's been three positive performances from the Foxes so far, but Leicester are still waiting for their first win, most recently drawing with Bristol City on Wednesday night in the Women's League Cup.

Looking to kickstart their campaign with a win over the Eagles, the Belgium defender doesn't think that the newly-promoted side will be an easy team to beat.

Sari Kees made her debut midweek in the Women's League Cup.

"I've watched Crystal Palace play this season, in their recent loss to Chelsea," Kees opened with. "I know it was a bad scoreline for them but I thought they looked good in the first half so they will be a difficult team to beat.

"We can't underestimate them and we have to be 100 per cent like I said midweek to give us a chance of winning, and if we're not, then we are making it difficult for ourselves.

"It's really important to get three points, but we don't need to feel pressure like that. If we win, then it'll be a very important thing, and I think the team is doing well individually and as a group. The mentality is very good, even after losing against Arsenal. So if we bring that again, we will do well."

As always, the team is the most important thing.

Making her Leicester debut against the Robins in Burton, Kees would relish the chance to feature on Filbert Way in front of her home crowd, but was keen to state that it is a team game, and focusing on what's best for the Club is most important as she builds up fitness after her pre-season injury.

"It will be really exciting if I get the chance to play this weekend in front of our fans, but it's a process," Kees continued. "We'll defend hard and sometimes if you're on the bench, it's difficult to come into the game.

"We will have to see, but I'm happy that I got minutes in the League Cup and will do my best in training. As always, the team is the most important thing."
