As we continue through the 2024/25 season, we’d like to remind fans to arrive on Filbert Way as early as possible to avoid any potential queuing at the turnstiles and to ensure everyone is seated in time for kick-off.

Please see below for key information to help you prepare for your visit to King Power Stadium this Friday evening.

VICHAI SRIVADDHANAPRABHA MEMORIAL GARDEN

Friday’s game is the closest home matchday to what will be the sixth anniversary of a tragic accident which claimed the life of our beloved Chairman Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, along with Kaveporn Punpare, Nusara Suknamai, Eric Swaffer, and Izabela Lechowicz on 27 October, 2018.

If you wish to visit the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Memorial Garden to remember the lives of those lost are welcome to do so, with the garden to remain open until kick-off (8pm) on the matchday.

The garden, which was created in memory of Khun Vichai, Kaveporn, Nusara, Eric and Izabela is located towards the north-west corner of King Power Stadium. It serves as a peaceful place for reflection and remembrance, commemorating Khun Vichai's enduring legacy and his immeasurable impact on Leicester City Football Club and our community.

LEICESTER CITY TO HONOUR ARMED FORCES

This fixture will see Leicester City honour the Armed Forces at the annual Remembrance Fixture, paying tribute to service personnel past and present.

Royal British Legion volunteers will collect for the 2024 Poppy Appeal, with Leicester City representatives and Club Ambassador Alan Birchenall laying poppy wreaths on the pitch. The tribute will include a moment of silence after The Last Post.

Players will wear poppies on their shirts, which will be auctioned after the match, with all proceeds supporting veterans. Fans can also donate online to the Royal British Legion. For any supporters not in attendance on the day, donations can be made online here.

NO ROOM FOR RACISM

Leicester City will support the Premier League's No Room For Racism campaign during Friday’s match, which runs across all fixtures from 19 to 27 October. The campaign reinforces clubs' commitment to tackling discrimination and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

On matchday, No Room For Racism branding will feature throughout the stadium, aligning with Black History Month, which celebrates the contributions of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic people in football and beyond.

The Club is also proud to honour Rukhsana Hussain from the Active Women programme as its No Room For Racism Icon, recognising her work in improving the wellbeing of women from diverse backgrounds in Leicester.

These honesty flags should be left under your seat after the game to ensure they stay a regular part of matchdays at King Power Stadium.

REMINDER: SOUTH EAST TICKET OFFICE OPEN

We’d like to remind supporters that the South East Ticket Office remains open to help ensure a smooth matchday experience. Introduced in response to valuable feedback, this additional ticket office continues to assist with queries and ease congestion at the main ticket office.

While the South East Ticket Office is available for general ticketing queries, we recommend visiting the main ticket office for more complex enquiries, where the majority of our staff are based.
