Two second half goals from Chelsea saw the Leicester City Under-21s beaten 3-1 in Premier League 2 action at Kingsmeadow on Friday evening.

On an unfortunate losing streak, City's Development Squad were most recently defeated in Kingston, last seeing victory in late September when they put four past Stoke City.

Harvey Vale put the Blues into the lead 25 minutes in, before a Jake Evans strike, assisted by Jahmari Lindsay five minutes before the break, saw the travelling side level.

All to play for in the second half, it was the London outfit who claimed maximum points with a second goal from Vale followed by Deivid Washington also finding the net in the final stages.

Sat 16th in the PL2 table, with nine points, the young Foxes head home on Friday evening when they welcome Aston Villa to LCFC Training Ground (7pm GMT kick-off), before a Bristol Street Motors Trophy fixture against Northampton Town four days later.
