Young Leicester City midfielder Harvey Barnes has joined MK Dons on loan until the end of the 2016/17 season.
Barnes, 19, made his senior debut for the Club during the in early December, while he has also played a major role for the Development Squad this term.
Now aiming to further his development during a maiden loan spell in the Football League, the Leicester-born midfielder will link up with two former Foxes at Stadium MK.
The Dons are currently under the stewardship of ex-City defender Robbie Neilson, while in goal they have at their disposal former Leicester loanee David Martin, who helped the Foxes to the League 1 title in 2009.
Should Barnes be registered in time, he could make his debut for Neilson’s outfit during the League 1 clash with Northampton Town on Saturday 21 January at Stadium MK.
