The 22-year-old has already garnered experience with non-league outfit Nuneaton Town so far this term, and will be looking to build on that as he links up with Darrell Clarke’s Rovers.
Dawson is a pacey winger with a fearsome right foot, and has proved to be an effective force from wide areas for Steve Beaglehole’s Development Squad in recent seasons.
The youngster joined the Foxes at the start of the 2013/14 campaign and has also been on the books of Bury and Liverpool.
Rovers currently sit second in the Conference table just six points adrift of leaders Barnet, and Dawson will hope to be involved at the weekend as they travel to Woking.
