- New deal sees Singha Beer become the Official Sponsor of the Spion Kop Stand
- Singha Beer will be the only beer available at King Power Stadium
Leicester City and Singha Beer are toasting the start of the new Barclays Premier League season with the announcement of a new three-year deal.
Singha Beer has long been a favourite of Foxes fans at King Power Stadium and the new deal will now see the company become both an Official Platinum Partner and Beer Partner.
As part of this exclusive partnership, Singha Beer will also now be the Official Sponsor of the Spion Kop as well as becoming the only beer available inside King Power Stadium.
The Blue Army have already developed a taste for Singha Beer, as courtesy of Leicester City owners Vichai and Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, each supporter was given a complimentary beer to mark the Club’s promotion to the Premier League in 2014.
And with Singha Beer branding now set to be prominent throughout King Power Stadium ahead of the new season, that relationship continues to grow.
Leicester City Commercial Director Ian Flanagan said:“Our partnership with Singha has gone from strength to strength in recent seasons, enhanced by the fantastic relationship that exists between Singha and King Power, the Club’s parent company.
“As well as being a loyal supporter, Singha has readily shared in celebrating the Club’s recent successes, endearing itself further to our supporters as a brand they can truly identify with. We are delighted that Singha will continue to be part of our family of partners for the next several years.”
Mr. Jaturon Himathongkom, Singha Beer’s International Sports Marketing Director, said:“As a Thai-owned, Premier League football club with great history and ambition, Leicester City is a club we are very proud to be associated with and we look forward to improving our working relationship in the coming season.”
