Leicester City forward Tom Lawrence will remain with Blackburn Rovers for a further month, after his loan spell with the Championship club was extended.
Lawrence, 21, has been a big hit with Rovers since joining the Lancashire club on loan in August, making 19 appearances and scoring twice, initially under Gary Bowyer and more recently under Paul Lambert.
His spell with Blackburn has now been extended until 5 February and includes eligibility for the Emirates FA Cup. Rovers will travel to League 2 Newport County in the third round on Saturday.
The coming month will also see Welsh international Lawrence available for home matches against Queens Park Rangers, Brighton & Hove Albion and Fulham, plus an away trip to Charlton.
