The 30-year-old midfielder has been with the Robins for the last month, making five appearances and scoring once.
The extension of his loan spell will make Danns available for Bristol City’s home games against Derby County, Watford and Peterborough United, as well as away trips to Ipswich Town, Millwall and Blackburn Rovers.
