Wellens spent four years at King Power Stadium, playing under the management of Nigel Pearson, Paulo Sousa and Sven-Göran Eriksson during a transformational period for the Club.
Alongside an in-depth discussion on his Foxes career with host Dan Bates and Matt Elliott, Wellens will also help the LCFC TV duo preview Saturday's clash with West Ham United (5:30pm BST kick-off).
Since retiring from playing professional football 2017, Wellens, known for his combative playing style, later went on to manage Sky Bet Football League side Oldham Athletic.
The Blue Army will be invited to submit questions for the popular former City star by using #AskWellens on social media in the days leading up to his appearance.
