Football Camps
Leicester City in the Community run Footballs Camps during the school and summer holidays.
Delivered by FA-licensed and DBS-checked coaches, Football Camps are a great way for children to make new friends and learn new skills in a relaxed setting. Suitable for all abilities, children can expect a day consisting of skills development sessions, engaging challenges, matches and small-sided tournaments.
We offer multiple fun-filled days of football between 9:30am and 3pm across Leicester and Leicestershire including:
- Mixed Football Camps that are suitable for boys and girls aged 7-11 years old
- Girls-only football camps for girls aged 7-13 years old
- Mixed and girls-only goalkeeping camps
Doyle & Marçal Join Football Camps Session
Callum Doyle and Wanya Marçal headed over to Sileby this month for a Leicester City in the Community Summer Football Camp.
Every child will receive a medal and there's an opportunity to win individual prizes, such as tours at King Power Stadium. As well as appearances from Filbert Fox and LCFC Academy players throughout the year.
All participants must bring appropriate clothing, shin pads to play and goalkeeper gloves if needed, but metal studs cannot be worn. Please also bring any medication required, a packed lunch, a snack and plenty of drinking water.

Skills Centres
The Skills Centres programme consists of weekly football sessions for children 5-11 years old. Regardless of starting ability, these sessions are open to everyone looking to:
- Improve their playing ability
- Get and keep active
- Make new friends
- Build confidence
- Have fun whilst playing football
These regular, fun, and structured sessions are for both male and female players and are ran by highly qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic coaches. As part of the Skills Centre programme, we also look to create talent opportunities for young players where possible.

Esports Parties
What better way to spend your day than gaming with friends at King Power Stadium, the home of Leicester City Football Club.
Leicester City in the Community’s Esports Party package is designed for children aged 7-13 years old and open to bookings from Monday to Friday (6:30pm-8:30pm) and Saturday to Sunday (9am-8:30pm) depending on staff availability.
LCitC will provide two members of staff on the day to run your Esports party and will ensure everyone has the best gaming experience possible.

Powerchair Football
Powerchair Football a unique sport that provides opportunities for people with a high level of impairment to access football. It is the only active team participation sport for people who use electric wheelchairs.
Due to the unique nature of Powerchair Football, it allows all ages, disabilities and genders to compete together. Powerchair Football enables people with additional needs to take part in regular activities and provides them with competition – something that the majority will never have, or rarely have experienced before due to their impairment. As a result, it builds key life skills such as teamwork and communication.

Girls Football Package
Leicester City in the Community are offering the opportunity to inspire and empower girls and kickstart their interest in girls' football.
Partnered with Inspire Together, the Girls Football Package is offered to schools throughout Leicestershire. This will involve four weeks of sessions in your school and a unique opportunity to attend an end of term festival, unlocking equal opportunities for girls to participate in football.
