LCFC Women manager Lydia Bedford has received the Barclays FA Women's Super League February Manager of the Month award as a result of the Foxes' victories over Birmingham City and West Ham United.

Starting the month strong, Bedford presided over a crucial 2-1 Foxes victory against the Blues at St. Andrew’s, a result that saw her team climb above the West Midlands outfit in the league table.
Building on that success, she masterminded a comprehensive 3-0 victory over the Hammers at Pirelli Stadium three days later, doubling the season’s points tally within the space of two games.
LCFC Women are next in WSL action against Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday 5 March (12pm GMT kick-off).
