Preview - City Travel To The Capital
On Wednesday night, the Foxes' Continental Tyres League Cup campaign came to an end following a tight 1-0 loss to Manchester City, however a spirited performance will come as great confidence as Willie Kirk's side are back in the WSL this weekend.
Prior to the weekend's match, here is a detailed insight into both sides...

Despite the loss to Man City in their final Group B match of the League Cup, the Foxes have produced a turn around in performances, that has seen them pick up back to back wins against Sunderland and Brighton & Hove Albion at King Power Stadium last Sunday.
Sam Tierney scored two and assisted two during the outings, but to the delight of the manager, all eight goals were shared around the team, showcasing their new attacking style of football to their fans.
Included in the plans has been new signings, Janina Leitzig and Remy Siemsen. While Siemsen continues to wait for her debut, the German 'keeper has already become a fan favourite as the on-loan Bayern Munich shot-stopper claimed her, and the team's, first clean sheet in this season's league campaign.
Talking points
Willie Kirk
Willie Kirk on the touchline at Pirelli Stadium.
On Friday, Willie Kirk told the media: “It would be huge to win. It would make a few other teams uncomfortable if we were to pick up back-to-back wins. Of course, we only focus on ourselves, but we also want to drag as many teams into a relegation battle as possible and winning on Sunday will place another team in that.
“If there’s such a thing as a ‘good time’ to play them, then it will be now, after they’ve had five defeats, and knowing that they’ve got some tough games after us as well, so they’ll want to pick up points. But we’ll be looking to capitalise on their lack of confidence."
Shortly afterwards, Ashleigh Plumptre stated: "From the outside, you can see we have this belief within us now. Following our efforts against Brighton, we feel like we can carry that momentum forward, so everyone is in high spirits."

Tottenham currently sit eighth in the standings, with three wins and seven losses from their opening 10 games. Their victories were claimed against Leicester, Reading and Brighton, who they beat 8-0 back in October of last year.
Sunday's hosts have only featured once in 2023, and that came in the form of a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa, where goals from Kenza Dali and Rachel Daly cancelled out Bethany England's first goal for Spurs.
Finishing fifth in last season's campaign, Sunday's opponents will be a tough test for a Foxes side who must continue their impressive run of form if they are to take points from the capital.

Rehanne Skinner
Rehanne Skinner has been manager of Tottenham Hotspur since December 2020.
Rehanne Skinner has been Tottenham manager since her appointment back in December 2020. Skinner started her coaching career at Leicester, where she was Under-9s boys' coach until 2010, when she joined Arsenal as women's first team assistant manager, before entering the England set-up in 2017.
Over her three years with the international side, Skinner was a head coach, leading squads from the Under-18-s to Under-21s before being appointed assistant coach of the England Women's first team in September 2020, under Phil Neville's reign.

Leicester faced Spurs on the opening day of the season on Filbert Way, and it was the away side to pick up the points in a 2-1 display. Drew Spence scored in either net while Ashleigh Neville also found the net.
The Foxes also faced the London outfit in their previous fixture, four months earlier in the final match of the 2021/22 campaign. Neville once again was the goalscorer.
