Hannah – who netted the pivotal goal in the victory – receives her nomination following an intricate set-piece conversion in the Foxes’ latest Barclays Women’s Super League contest.
The Wales international faces competition from Manchester City's Chloe Kelly, Chelsea's Lauren James, Bethany England of Tottenham Hotspur and Jordan Nobbs of Aston Villa.
