Barker Features In Sheffield United Win
- Ellen Jones and Connie Scofield played in Coventry's win over Blackburn
- Natasha Flint featured in a big victory for Celtic
- Sophie Barker played 90 minutes of Sheffield United's success against Charlton
- Charlie Devlin came on in Birmingham City's loss to London City Lionesses
Sophie Barker, on loan to Sheffield United from Leicester City, has featured heavily this season, and played throughout the Yorkshire club's 1-0 triumph over Charlton Athletic at Bramall Lane, as Georgia Walters scored in the 43rd minute to secure three points.
The Blades, now coached by former LCFC Women manager Jonathan Morgan, are 11th in the Barclays Women's Championship, five points clear of the relegation zone after 13 games.
Another Barclays Women's Championship side who currently have City players on their books is Coventry United, who picked up a 3-1 victory against Blackburn Rovers on 12 February. Ebony Wiseman opened the scoring before Isobel Goodwin netted a brace.
Ellen Jones
Ellen Jones has become a fan favourite at Coventry United.
Ellen Jones started the game, and continued to impress with her performances on the wing, while Connie Scofield came on as a substitute. Despite seeing team-mate Merrick Will sent off minutes before the final whistle, Coventry, currently bottom of the standings, were able to hold on as they try to chase the pack.
North of the border, Natasha Flint came off the bench in Celtic's 5-0 win over Boroughmuir Thistle in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup. Goals from Tegan Bowie, Maria McAneny, ex-City forward Liv Fergusson, and a double from Chloe Craig placed them in the hat for the next round, while Celtic remain second in the Scottish Women's Premier League with 15 wins from 18 games.
Closer to home, Charlie Devlin has continued to gain minutes for Birmingham City, and was introduced near the hour mark during their 1-0 narrow defeat to London Lionesses - Karin Muya scoring straight after the interval.

Birmingham sit fourth in the Championship, with seven wins from 13 games, as they look to return to the Barclays Women's Super League having suffered relegated last season, finishing two points behind Leicester.
Sophia Poor, Monique Robinson and Mackenzie Smith are all dual-registered with Loughborough Lightning and Nottingham Forest respectively, and the two sides have been defeat in their last league fixtures, with Loughborough losing out to Burnley, while Forest were beaten 3-1 in the Midlands by Wolverhampton Wanderers.
However, none of the Foxes featured with Poor has continued to train with City while the two outfield players have been pre-occupied with international duty, as both were called up to England's Under-19s squad, and most recently started in the young Lionesses' 3-0 win over Switzerland.
