The 21-year-old signs a three-year contract at King Power Stadium ahead of the 2024/25 Barclays Women’s Super League campaign after leaving French side Stade de Reims this summer.
Noémie completes the move to Leicestershire following a successful spell in the French Première Ligue last term where she returned nine goals from 22 league appearances for Reims.
Speaking to LCFC.com, Noémie said: “I’m super happy to sign for Leicester City and I’m hoping to have a great season with the Club.
“This is a great Club that can develop players with potential. It goes without saying that the WSL is the most attractive league in Europe, if not the world. It’s a dream for most female footballers to play in England."
Born in the north of France, Noémie began her senior career with Lille OSC in 2019 before making the move to Reims in 2023, where she joined up with City’s current First Team Manager, Amandine Miquel.
A successful season for both saw Reims finish in fourth place in the league table, only behind Paris FC, Paris Saint-Germain and Lyon, with Noémie leading the line for the majority of their games.
A young talent recognised for her potential as well as her current ability, Noémie is a regular at Clairefontaine having represented France at various youth levels from Under-16s and through to Under-23s on the international stage.
She will now look forward to linking back up with Miquel and her new team-mates at Belvoir Drive when the Foxes begin pre-season preparations.
Season Tickets for the 2024/25 campaign go on General Sale from 9am on Saturday 27 July for all supporters, priced at just £45 for Adults, while fixtures have also been confirmed - with Arsenal set to be City’s first home opponents at King Power Stadium on 28/29 September.
