LCFC Launches 2024/25 Fan Engagement Plan

A commitment under the Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard, the Fan Engagement Plan (FEP), structures the way we consult with fans on Club matters that directly affect the fan experience. It highlights the ways we will seek to gauge fan opinion, gather ideas and seek strategic input from a diverse cross-section of the Club’s supporter base and demonstrates ways fans can get involved.
The new framework has been developed by The FA in collaboration with the Foxes Trust - an affiliate member of the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) representing the interests of Leicester City fans. The Club has sought the views of the FSA and ensured a role for its established UK-based supporter groups in the framework (Foxes Pride, LCFC Disability Support Association, LCFC Official Supporters Club, Union FS and LCFC Women’s Official Supporters’ Club). An extended plan for international and newly established supporter groups is in development, and the Club would welcome applications from suitable experienced parties from the wider season ticket and membership bases.
The framework includes the introduction of a Fan Advisory Board (FAB), which will include representation from both supporters and the Club’s senior management, meeting four times a season to discuss key strategic issues that affect the supporter experience.
FAB members will also lead the process of gathering wider supporter insight from our FCC Working Groups (an evolution of the Club’s established Fans Consultative Committee) which will build on matters raised through open Your 90 Minute sessions and feedback gathered from an increased programme of supporter surveys and through LCFC Help.

ABOUT THE FAB AND HOW YOU CAN APPLY
In establishing the FAB, the Club will aim to apply a further layer of strategic consultation with supporters, meeting four times per season and taking a longer-term view of the Club’s supporter-orientated initiatives. Through its recruitment process, the Club will be looking to bring together a representative mix of supporters with diversity of experience, background and relevant expertise for the matters under discussion.

The FAB will be made up of 11 members - five from the Club and six supporters who will be selected on the following basis:
- All applicants must be 2024/25 Men’s or Women’s Season Ticket Holders or Fox Members
- One supporter to represent and be nominated by The Foxes Trust.
- Two supporters to be elected from the Club’s most recent Fans Consultative Committee (FCC).
- Three supporters from an open application process, to be selected by an independent interview panel.
Applications to join the FAB are now open to all 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders and Fox Members. Click HERE to apply. The open application process for the FAB will close at 5pm on Tuesday 20 August 2024. All applicants should ensure they have considered the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct before they apply.
Applications for the Club’s new FCC Working Groups will open w/c 26 August 2024, while the first Your 90 Minute session of the new season (on matchday experience) will take place on Wednesday 31 July.
