City Trio To Join Legends For New Fanstore Opening On Sunday

- James Maddison and Hamza Choudhury will officially open the new Fanstore at 11am on Sunday 1 July
- Fans will have the chance to hear from Wes Morgan ahead of the 2018/19 season
- The launch event will be the first opportunity for Foxes fans to see the new adidas away kit
- Leicester City legends will also be in attendance as free family activities take place outside King Power Stadium 

Supporters will then have the chance to hear from Leicester City captain, Wes Morgan, ahead of the 2018/19 season as he takes part in a question and answer session outside of the Fanstore.

Leicester City legends Alan Birchenall, Matt Elliott, Muzzy Izzet, Gerry Taggart and Steve Walsh will also be in attendance as the Foxes begin the countdown to the new campaign. 

The family launch event will be Leicester City fans’ first opportunity to see the new 2018/19 adidas away kit which will be on sale in store alongside City’s home jersey.

Following the ribbon cutting, there will then be an hour of browsing time before trading hours begin at 12pm, while fans will also have the chance to get a personalised image taken in the photo pod wearing the new 2018/19 adidas kits.

There will be a series of activities for the whole family to take part in at King Power Stadium on Sunday, including bungee trampolines and football competitions; there will also be local bands performing. Inside the store there will be a kids' zone set up next to the new Junior Range, featuring an activities table.

In addition to experiencing the incredible sights and sounds of the exciting new store, fans will have the opportunity to take part in coaching sessions with Leicester City legends and LCFC Community Trust staff throughout the day. Free activities will run right through to the store closing at 6pm.

Supporters that have pre-ordered the new 2018/19 adidas home shirt on click and collect before Friday 29 June will be able to pick up their new shirt from 10am from Exhibition Hall 1.

The store officially opens at 11am while both home and away kit purchases can be made in store from 12pm on the day.
