- Leicester City host Millwall in the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday
- The Foxes will be without four players for the clash with Joe Edwards' Lions
- Jamie Vardy, Kasey McAteer, Kelechi Iheanacho and Yunus Akgün are out
The Foxes welcome the Lions to King Power Stadium for a 7:45pm kick-off, hoping to remain top of the Sky Bet Championship after the midweek round of fixtures.
Vardy, McAteer, Iheanacho and Yunus were all absent for City's 4-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle on Saturday and Manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that they will missing once again this midweek.
"They are going to be out, all of them," Maresca told the media on Tuesday afternoon in Seagrave. "It’s still a small problem [for Vardy]. We played just two days ago. Hopefully we can have him back very soon."
Millwall comes four days after that win over Plymouth and five before Monday's visit to Birmingham City. It's a busy festive schedule for Leicester, and Maresca says it's natural to rotate players to give his side the best chance of success.
"If you want to maintain high standards, a high level, you need to change," he added. "It’s important for 11 players to maintain the same level. They are human beings so we need to try to change and refresh.
"It’s the only way to maintain the same level. Sometimes we can keep the same XI but it’s the normal thing to maintain the same energy."
