Goalkeeping Icon Peter Shilton To Star On Matchday Minus Two!

Shilton, who is England's all-time most-capped player, won the Second Division title and the 1971 Community Shield during an eight-year stay at Filbert Street between 1966 and 1974.

The Leicester-born goalkeeper is a legend of the game and helped the Three Lions to the semi-finals of the 1990 World Cup, as well as winning a double of European Cups at Nottingham Forest.

Ahead of City's clash with AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday (3pm GMT kick-off), the 69-year-old former shot-stopper will provide his thoughts on Leicester's current fortunes. 

Brendan Rodgers' men will go in hunt of a third-successive top-flight victory during the clash at King Power Stadium, following the final international break of the 2018/19 campaign.

As well as previewing the encounter, Shilton will also reflect on his magnificent playing career, including being named the IOC European Player of the Season in 1980 and entering England's Hall of Fame.
