Leicester City registered their second point of the 2019/20 campaign in the U18 Premier League South with a 1-1 draw at Reading on Saturday.
City's youngsters opened their new season with a 1-1 home draw against Norwich City last weekend - and they added another point to their tally on gameweek two.
They were in fact behind in the 24th minute in Berkshire when Ethan Bristow collected a smart pass from Nahum Melvin-Lambert to slot it beyond goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk.
Less than 60 seconds later, however, the young Foxes were level when Shane Flynn located Sidnei Tavares in space, with the Portuguese midfielder finding the net to make it 1-1.
As a result, Leicester's Under-18s are now ninth in the U18 South league standings, with two points, while only Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea have perfect records.
City will tackle Brighton next up at the Amex Elite Football Performance Centre on Saturday 24 August (11am BST klick-off).
Their second home match of the season, meanwhile, sees them host Fulham at Loughborough University on Wednesday 28 August (5pm BST kick-off).
