Rodgers Delivers Pre-Spurs Fitness Update
- Brendan Rodgers says Leicester City have no fresh injury concerns for Saturday's clash with Tottenham Hotspur

While Spurs were in Greece for a 2-2 draw with Olympiacos on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League, City have been in full training at Belvoir Drive throughout the week.
Both the Foxes and their visitors go into the encounter on Saturday level on eight points, separated only by goal difference, following the opening five fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign.
Speaking to the national media on Thursday afternoon, Rodgers confirmed Ben Chilwell underwent a recovery session indoors, but the England full-back will be available for selection.

"He’s okay," the Northern Irish manager said. "He just had a bit of recovery inside. He worked inside, but he’s fine. Otherwise, we’ve got all players all fit and well."
Rodgers also addressed the longer preparation period City have enjoyed over the past week, with Spurs braced for a second match in just four days at the weekend.
"It can help, but you have to make it happen, that’s important," he added. "Hopefully it happens to us here in future, that we have midweek games in Europe, and then Premier League games.
"It’s not easy, with all the travelling and the games, but they will bring a very, very top team.
"They have robust players, a good squad, where they can interchange and swap players, but we’ve had a great week’s training. We’ll finish our preparation off tomorrow and we’ll be ready."
