Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard set up Youri Tielemans for his goal against San Marino.

City's representation began last Wednesday as youth defender Vontae Daley-Campbell starred for England's Under-19s in the Marbella International Cup.

On Thursday, meanwhile, midfielder Youri Tielemans scored and set up another in Belgium's UEFA European Championships qualification-winning victory over San Marino.

Jonny Evans also featured in a 3-1 defeat for Northern Ireland in the Netherlands, while Lukáš Hušek started Czech Republic's drawn U20 2019 EURO Elite Round clash with Switzerland.

Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi played the full 90 minutes for Nigeria in Singapore.

On Saturday, Kasper Schmeichel was the Man of the Match as Denmark beat Switzerland 1-0 on his 50th appearance for the Danes, equalling Andy King's record for international caps while at the Club.

Elsewhere, young City striker Will Russ’ Wales Under-19s lost 3-1 to Austria and Luke Thomas played 90 minutes for England's Under-19s in their 4-2 win over Belgium at the Marbella Football Centre.

Çağlar Söyüncü

The Turkey international has been in fine form for Leicester City this season.

Centre-back Çağlar Söyüncü could feature once more for Turkey in a potentially massive UEFA European Championships qualifier against current world champions France in Paris on Monday.

Following last week's win over Albania, Turkey lead France in Group H due to their head-to-head record, but they will need to avoid defeat at the Stade de France to retain their position at the summit.

Elsewhere, after sitting out Friday's 2-1 defeat by Czech Republic - the Three Lions' first loss in 43 qualifiers - Ben Chilwell could help England secure their place at EURO 2020 against Bulgaria at Stadion Vasil Levski.

The Three Lions, leaders of Group A, can still qualify on Monday if they beat Bulgaria and Kosovo do not defeat Montenegro, while Chilwell will be hoping to win his ninth senior cap in Sofia.
